AS AN INVESTOR, DO I ALSO HAVE TO OPERATE THE CLINIC?
NuSpine’s policy allows for the appointment of an operations manager; however, it is essential that one of the partners provides leadership and takes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
WHAT IS THE COST OF A NUSPINE FRANCHISE?
The cost of a franchise ranges from $175,450 to $550,250. Certain factors such as local labor, material costs, legal requirements, the condition of the space to be leased, and the landlord’s contribution to leasehold improvements will determine the final cost.

HOW MUCH IS THE ROYALTY FEE AND WHAT DO OWNERS RECEIVE IN RETURN?
The royalty fee is 7% of gross sales paid weekly. Owners benefit from ongoing services such as:
- Training and support
- The use of the NuSpine Chiropractic logos and trademarks
- The use of all confidential operational manuals
- Centralized suppliers and distribution
- Continuous support and operational guidance
- Research, development, and quality control
WHAT IS THE ADVERTISING CONTRIBUTION?
The advertising contribution is 1% of gross sales paid weekly.
As an investor, do I also have to operate the clinic?
NuSpine’s policy is that one of the partners with at least 10% equity participation completes our training program and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the clinic.
DO I RECEIVE ANY TRAINING?
Absolutely! To ensure that our franchise partners learn the skills to successfully operate their business, we provide:
- 30 hours of computer-based training
- 3 days of in-person opening training and assistance
- Continuous training throughout your NuSpine journey
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OPEN MY CLINIC?
It can take approximately 90 to 240 days to get ready to serve clients once a qualified location is secured.
DO YOU HAVE TO BE A CHIROPRACTOR OR MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN ORDER TO OWN A NUSPINE FRANCHISE?
No, you do not have to be a chiropractor or have experience in the medical industry. Our systems and support resources empower our franchisees to own and operate licensed, successful, and industry compliant chiropractic clinics
